Guest are required to pre book a transfer from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay which take approximately 3-4 hours each way. Bhaya Cruise can assist with transfer bookings, please contact +844 3944 6777 for bookings. Pick up is from 47 Phan Chu Trinh Hanoi (Bhaya Cruises Office) .** Please note Cruise may be cancelled at last minute due to bad weather **
Please urgently advise all guest passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number) via email at least 24 hours prior to departure to avoid late information charge.
Hotel need guest's passport information because it is the regulation for cruises to register guests' information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 24 hours before check-in date.
Please note that in case didn’t provide full information of guest, hotel cannot register the insurance, and the customers will not listed in the order issued by the port authority, which triggers the fact that they will not allowed to check in on cruise and hotel keep fully charging the room charge because you do not follow the policy.
